The Stonewall Democrats of Austin met on April 3rd at the AFL-CIO Assembly Hall to consider candidates for endorsement in the May 12th City Council elections. The following candidates were endorsed by the membership of SDA:

Mayor: Lee Leffingwell

Place 2: Mike Martinez

Place 5: Bill Spelman

Place 6: Sheryl Cole

We urge you to vote on May 12th for these candidates who support our community and issues. Early voting begins April 30th and runs through May 8th.
